I experienced premature menopause before the age of 40, so I understand how physically and emotionally challenging this stage of life can be. From changes in confidence and energy levels to struggling to feel like yourself again, menopause can impact so many areas of daily life.
That experience is one of the reasons I’m so passionate about helping others find movement that feels supportive, enjoyable and realistic — not punishing or overwhelming.
My goal is to help people feel stronger, healthier and more confident in their bodies, while creating a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental environment where everyone feels supported.
As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer (RQF) and Level 3 Mental Health First Aider (RQF), I understand the close connection between physical and mental wellbeing. I support clients who may be navigating peri-menopause, menopause, stress, anxiety, neurodivergence or low confidence alongside their fitness journey.
I offer personal training sessions at The Gym Group Longwell Green, as well as mobile personal training across South Gloucestershire, Chippenham and surrounding areas.
