As a Level 3 Personal Trainer (RQF) and Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid (RQF), Lydia understands the connection between mental health and physical health. She supports clients who may be balancing stress, anxiety, or other challenges alongside their training.
Lydia provides coaching at the gym group in Longwell Green, Bristol. Additional services include; online coaching, boxing class and home visits around the South Gloucestershire and Chippenham area.

All in-person packages include an optional online coaching add-on for continued accountability outside of the sessions.

Share the cost of boosting your confidence and mastering boxercise techniques with an advanced boxercise instructor. Boxercise classes combine low and high intensity boxing techniques. You'll get to grips with boxercise number combinations & skills using hand wraps, gloves and pads provided by the trainer.
